2nd fleet advice

Currently leveling to beat 9-1, time out on boss due to not enough damage. Working on gear too, but low coins. Was mentioned that it was time for a 2nd fleet, but not sure who to use

San Diego not in pick, but I have her lv 1

there aren't enough worthwhile ships to warrant a 2nd fleet

keep focusing on your existing fleet for noe

retrofit fit them, level them some more, etc

who have you got in the medal shop?

if you can get away with while farming, divert xp to nelson.

how do you have no buildable sr?

Okay, thanks I really appreciate the help. I'll be sure to use Nelson in commissions to get a little XP in the meantime

Also, any advice for wishing well picks? I have no idea who to pick
