Priority is Rikka/Chise, grab Chang Chun and Independence from guild shop and retrofit them

You can +8 SB2C helldivers and triple 406 mk6, they are very solid pieces of gear that you won't get rid of any time soon

Twin 410 mm is also good to use on your barrage BB like Akane or Hood/Nelson for example

Should I get my current frontline to 125 before switching? Or just push 120 and then start leveling the next units. Cog arrays are rare I heard
