2 for chise is alright in general
4 for marseilles is aight
4 for akane is not so aight because BBs are so plentiful except in your dock
4 for yume is really expensive when you should be able to get aegir or anchorage before getting 14 or even 10 gold bulins

so you can farm SP3 or divergent chessboard D4 before you get to chapter 9
since these are easy, try to rotate a few low level ships in the one fleet
to get a balance of like 9 to 11 equally leveled ships
except unicorn who will probably get overleveled
