no one else do you have that's good, you'll learn to limit break them for faction fleet tech and then to level them to 120 for permanent stat boosts later, but fleet tech is mid to late game

just keep pushing campaign till you're past chapter 9 and can grind levels with oil cap
to max limit break a unit, they need to be lvl 70, once you have a fleet that is plus 100, you earn xp books that you can use to quickly level up ships, which helps in limit breaking ships because leveling them to 70 becomes easy in a few seconds with books.
