so i was happy to get her out

if you want to dev anchorage, it's going to be messy
i usually make another fleet for ships like that like for agir i made a 3 front line 1 back iron blood team and just farmed 8-4
8-4 prob isn't the best to run but it worked and i was making about 1% each run for the 2.4m exp task

sure because you used the wrong ships in the back. I've raised level 1 ships in chapter 12. it's not particularly dangerous
If your gear is correct this will survive as is.

portland is a dead end when you have a 125 blucher, room, heiny, otto, agir, and more tanks just lying around

AA just kind of drops from research. you change more and more aa guns over to hazemeyer and staag over time because why not. it's usable aa that increase offense

you should put the gold steering on agir. she needs all the help to survive at low level
also bad torp. same reason as aa. good weapons are a waste on her right now. she literally can't do any damage because too low level

you need to get replacement ships levelled up. you can't do that if there are too many maxed ships in mob
unicorn is generally all you really need and with biskii they will just destroy everything on 12-2
