Mainz is coinable, there is no need to spend irl money on her. Just take like 2-3 weeks spending gold and she’ll be ready

+10 toolbox and orb usually. Because shes always the first one to die and needs all the hp she can get

If you’re struggling in W13, Cheshire could help out. But generally mainz is the stronger of the two.
Either way using irl money for them is a waste of a limited resource since they’re coinable

Its not a waste for me because 15 dollars is not a lot. It saves me time that i can use on other ships

I also refresh oil up to 6 times per day when i want to play more and am out of it
