so there are no limits, you can put your propostions without hestitation (prefered tryharding fleets XD )

but i made 2 changes in mobfleet because uni and harbin have anti-sub gear for 14-4 and i wanted to swap them

i'm going to put perseus and emden(cl gun mode)
