It's fine

AA gun is the biggest change there, either

1. use a French aa gun and better DD gun
2. use 134mm for 15 FP

And then as a boss tank, she can use beaver or other eva instead of the toolkit. Temperance (this months arbiter) has a lot of torp damage so VH isn't good

It's fine to keep the 138.6 just for the French skill activation. I don't know if it's better or worse than not using any french gear, but I don't really care because the difference is tiny
