OPS is a game of rock, paper, shotgun. So if you see the enemy takes 50% less damage from shelling, you don't use BB. 50% less damage from airstrike, you don't use CV. 50% less damage from torpedoes, you laugh and blow them away with anything.

That Tallinn and Shinano needed to be MLB long ago
that's why your boss fleet is dying. because those two ships literally sucked

SP with all ships 110+ with some key ships maybe higher(like tank and main dps)
kind of depends on your gear at some point. like volga + plymouth easily handle SP mobs so 6 ships is overkill but none of your ships are volga or plymouth

I don't think either choice is wrong. Do you really not have 4 UR bulins? Anyways the pros of Shinano is she is already L122. You just need to MLB and then you can use her everywhere. NJ still needs to be levelled through use to be complete. You also have 3 competent BB. NJ is just replacing an already decent BB giving you 4. You have 1 competent CV. You need more.
