You can level up u556m and your purple starter sub to like 80 , clear level 65 submarine weekly raid, and just quick battle the raid for a few months

Otto is one of the best DDs, but NJ is a rainbow and one of the best BBs, and NJ rerun is sometime soon™️
To maximize the chance of getting NJ, you'd actually do 1 light wishing well build per day, not even 1 event build per day
Like going to wishing well and choose the Light pool, with Kazagumo and aurora on rate up.
or idk the recommendation but those two are used in endgame

And in 3 months there will extremely likely be a new UR ship for JP anniversary, and you want to have 400 cubes for that too...

So your event farm for now should be T6 or HT2, not HT1
