lvl 120 is basically the minimum to optimize for it

You can still do meta even if you don't have lvl 120 ships, it's just gonna cost a lot more oil, don't overcap on meta currency because you're too low level
or you can pray for some nice friends/guildmates who could kill it for you but I wouldn't count on that

Independence/Unicorn/Hood are gonna be your go to opsi farming ships, though not the best for sirens but that's gonna be a bit more tricky

but focus on your mob fleet first which is the first comp I showed you
