London is squishy but has good DPS

Z23 also has decent DPS and the boss fleet already had all the slots filled

plus both are already leveled

and level advantage is powerful

anchorage one of the tankiest ships in the game, and should be easy to get with catchup prints in PR4

San Francisco pretty nice for additional healing if you need it if you play her in the middle. SF also great as an off tank, buffs damage for your vanguard.

they are different uses, chang chun is uber mob fast dd killer

kazagumo is a carrier buffer that actually does decent damage compared to the other carrier buffers

kaza is also ijn, which helps shinano's faction buff skill

kazagumo usually goes into your boss fleet with shinano

Is there a measurable difference between An Shan and Chang Chun?

Because I have both it's just that I only have Chang Chun leveled

and An shan is listed as being higher on the ECTL than Chang Chun

ECTl doesn't tier within tiers

they list ships by rarity and then by alphabetical order

solo wise they're basically the same

An Shan has slightly better DPS

but Chang Chun has more widespread bus=ffs

she's one of the few generic none ARA CV buffers

you'll end up using her ton in OpSI CV boss fleets

no one will fault you for using chang chun instead of anshan, for real

sirius one of the best buffers for your CV bossing fleets... but her own contribution outside of her buff to carriers is meh

Unicorn Retro is mandatory. Percy less mandatory now.
Bis2 very good
riche decent preload bb
ark royal retro good but AvP is better after fs5.

That's it for your "main fleet" the rest are just "okay" compared to who you have leveled already.

For your vanguard, work on ChangChun, Kazagumo, Anchorage, Agir, Plymouth. The rest you can take your time on later.

Wait, forgot to say volga again. She's very good to take if you don't need a little more healing than Unicorn is dishing out for hard content.
