I think it's sufficient to just say I don't have NJ and that's about it (and the golds from her respective event, but idk how much those matter here). I also don't have Bismarck Zwei, not built that is, for perhaps obvious reasons, being that she's new. But in case anyone still wanted to see what I've got, I am providing all the ships I have built or I have close to built
14-1 should be pretty easy but I'll still whip out some fleets for ya
Just to confirm, 14-1 is what you want to be doing for cog chip grinding, right?

i wouldn't recommend doing 14-1 unless you're all out of cog chips

nah you can bring 1~2 ships to level in 14-1
u can bring 4-6 ships in 13-1 to lvl

How many chips from 13-1 on average, and how many from 14-1?
If it's not a large difference, then my original plan was to alternate between 12-4 and 14-1 depending on current needs at any given moment. But maybe I can just lower my consumption of chips overall by lowering how many ships I level and leave it at that

should easily clear 14-1 for ya
could easily throw out half the mob fleet and run 3 shitters instead for leveling TBH
13-1 is 2.25 avg cog chips per clear and 14-1 is 2.9
FDG/Musashi, Unicorn + Volga if you're leveling 3 vanguards or Brest if you're leveling 2 vanguards and a main fleet ship
if you're going the 13-1 route just make sure you've got unicorn and atleast one other CV/L for mob fleet with good fighters and wyverns/breguets equipped
i should mention the UR AA helps but is not necessary
and make sure it's at safe

That's fair. In a nutshell, I have everything except NJ and Bismarck 2
For instance, I'm surprised Jervis and the DDG's aren't seeing mentions here
You can use a kazegumo instead of wakat and suzu for more consistency on low ammo mobs
there's a lot of fleets that work for W14 frankly
I'd mention jervis if you didn't have kronshtadt or brest lol
so some ships won't get mentioned even if they are good in W14
and yeah
Jervis is more of a poverty tank option
Take whatever works, replace worst most useless ship with something that needs levels. If it works, try replacing the next worst most useless ship. Repeat ad naseum.
The fleet I used to initially clear W14 was Vanguard-Volga-Unicorn + Jervis-Yuudachi-Kronshtadt for mobbing, and Musashi-UvH-Hakuryuu + Agir-Helena-Anchorage for bosses, for reference
I know at the very least FdG is going to replace someone there because she apparently makes W14 trivial
Volga and Jervis are obvious candidates
Thought she was particularly outstanding not just because of her mob tankiness but because of her ASW stat
Fdg instead of vanguard is an upgrade
Meaning she could possibly single handedly take care of ASW needs
the likes of the CBs, Drake, Plymouth, etc IMO are just more stable tanks
Asw is overrated when unicorn poi exists
Plymouth can solo vanguard if you really want to

no, you always run Hedgehog, Depth Charge Launcher, and ASW Plane pretty much cause out of ammo fights are a PIA
you just get it to safe with whatever you have, then run like fdg + uni + 4
you can drop fdg if you have strong backlines to level

That being, make sure a DD has the Hedgehog in the mobbing fleet, and make sure Unicorn has the plane auxiliaries, I assume

I will admit, when you compare 4-6 ships I can level and 2.25 cog chips per clear in 13-1 to 1-2 ships I can level and 2.9 cog chips per clear in 14-1, I don't know if that 0.65 additional cog chips are great to have at the cost of more than double the ships to level

ye just stick to 13-1, 14-1 are mostly for ppl with no backlines to level
Not necessarily, I just take whatever ship I like the most that can be leveled. I don't follow fleet tech stat charts or anything
