#IB fleet help, I am clueless

I'm finally getting around to levelling some Iron Blood for faction tech, which of these should I run on a fleet? I'm thinking Bismarck, Leipzig (?), [Shouhou or Unicorn to keep them alive], then Z1, Z23, Z46 for vanguard. Any better ideas?

Any of the subs worth the bulins at this point? I know I'm a few days away from Royal Fortune or whatever her name is, the tentacle sub, who should answer my ss needs

I have farmed there 30 times and got nothing of note (as you can see)

I'm a few rounds away from the Cosmic Kicks, I'll return to chessboard after (and yeah I know, Kicks should be low priority, but I've done most of the work now)
