W14 Fleet refinement

So I've got a more solid idea of what my W14 fleets are going to look like, but I'd like some feedback if possible, esp on the vanguards

Chkalov being slow is delierate

Breguets and Barracudas are also kinda sad for damage

and with how much stuff there is to hit converging torp bombers work well

Jeanne actually may be better than Harbin for the sandwich in the boss fleet

Ngl I did consider JDA at first but was concerned that the vanguard might not have enough damage but that's prob not that much of a concern

I haven't heard too many complaints on that front

could then shift Harbin to the mob fleet

and run Plymouth, Yuddachi, Harbin
