Tank wise yuudachi and harbin should be similar but harbin smoke make yuudachi tankiest when paired

The most important part for survival in this case is likely just stronger firepower when shinano is in fleet

#

Cuz shinano fucking wipes 2bb waves unlike volga

#

Cuz if you dont kill 2 bb wave fast enough, the subsequent wave (1 command boat and 1 repair boat with insane hp) spawns, and heal the bbs to full hp

#
