Usual set up is:
Regular mobbing
BB fleet
Anti-heavy CV
Anti-light CV

BB consists of:
Sushi, vanguard, UR BB + CB, Helena, Plymouth
Anti-heavy CV:
Haku, nano, impa/AVP (Ark Kai if you lack both) + CB, kazagumo, Sirius
Anti-light:
Enty, AVP, YT2 + CB, hamman2 or Steven potter, aurora

BB I would sub in DOY, monarch and FDG (just need to dev 30 her)

Anti-heavy would be Ark, impa, someone

#

Anti-light would just be the same but switch AVP with hornet 2

You do lack tanks though

You can use north Hampton 2 as your anti-light CV tank

I have no clue how tanky NH2 is, if she dies tallinn

Monarch, Hood, and any carrier but probably Yorkii to be safe

Once you get New Jersey, the carrier fleet should have Yorkii flag to activate NJs cross fleet avi buff
