okay. what's the benefit of having bidder first? should I do that for the other subs too?

U-81 with snorkel isn't going to get the third salvo of g7e easily out of opsi, so put bidder first to (try to) ensure two salvos for both bidder and g7e.
Same with u-96, and same with u-37 without snorkel.
If u-37 got a snorkel, she could easily get three salvos of g7e, so put g7e in the first slot to ensure three salvo g7e and two salvo bidder
