Cheshire is the only one you will really want metawise for the investment from PR3 though Drake is still fairly strong but some people don't like her even though she slots into any fleet for any content. Literally an allrounder

Friedreich der grosse is the only one from PR2 that is regularly used now

the remainder are still fairly okay though if u want to develop and use them

Azuma FS5 is also strong but takes a lot of time to develop

PR1 monarch is the only one that has had the staying power

if u dont have shimakaze then harbin or ibuki can do a similar job

with harbin being better than ibuki

you can convert prints of dev 30 ships into protocore

5 for regular PR
20 for DR per print

if you go to the protocore/PR core shop, you can see you can buy UR research gear or regular PR gear print (20 per month)

since u have been gone for 2 years, a lot of PR gear is top tier

e.g. PR3 champagne gun (AP triple BB gun)

PR4 has rocket fighters (No intercept/AA capabilities but high dmg against medium armour)

PR2 has the seattle gun (solid choice still)

etc etc, u will be able to buy it as you need it

dont worry about the UR gear for now as it wont provide a significant boost to your account for the protocore amount

tenrai is the best one to go for first

followed by the 457mm
