musashi / friedrich / vanguard (mlb and level first) + agir / helena / plymouth (once dev 15, for now use yuudachi)
implacable / shinano / hakuryuu + tank / kazagumo / flexible, can be sirius
august / enterprise / yorktown ii (mlb and level first) + tank / aurora / flexible, can be sirius, baltimore, stephen potter or hammann ii

you pretty much have the perfect opsi loadout, you just need to work on mlbing your urs and leveling ships

gascogne will be replaced by marco polo once marco is fs5
also, opsi mob isn't really that difficult so you can get away with a lot of variations

the "tank" slots in the final two fleets can be either kronshtadt (once limit broken), azuma or anchorage

i've just learned to automatically scan for certain ships and then look closer once i need to fill a slot with a ship i haven't already instantly noticed

looking for oath borders and UR glow is good too

It would be better to give him actual tips to get better at the game than something inconsequential
