or you could level ark royal and another carrier, not sure who by indomp, and make 2 carrier fleets but it's harder to gear

that would be doing a two CV fleets

#

which is a pain to gear

#

your 3 fleets look fine so for now just stuff whoever you can with good gear into fleet 4

#

but if you wanted to pivot into 2 CV fleets you'd move yorkie and enty into fleet 4 with august
