That boss is a CV - medium armor. So focus AP based weapons, converging torpedo bombers, etc.
Because of the second effect on the boss, it can help to use any BB-focused fleets first, and use CV-focused fleets once you get boss health below 30%~

CV Boss: Shinano, Hakuryu, Implacable, tank, Kazagumo, Sirius

Gonna put a near full kms fleet no cap
CV Boss 2: Yorktown 2, Enterprise, AvP, tank, Aurora, Stephen Potter/ Baltimore
that's the usual cookie cutter OpSi fleets
the only major problems with this is you don't have freeze for carriers, and your gear are probably poorly set up. Everything else look reasonable, where reasonable means Temperance is easily killed

there's an airstrike timing for Temperance to keep concealment for at least 2 strikes~~, but I forgot if you need to do anything special to hit that~~
I got stuck because the sub boss was between me and the main boss and it took me too long to kill it
that should die in one airstrike from two or three carriers if you had a freeze
try to make the airstrike reload as fast as possible without griefing your airplane damage, but not faster than 19s

i don't have August von Parseval in here, but for implacable you can try to copy the one with a lot of hvar hellcats. Substitute with bf109g if not enough hvarcats
airstrike order should be
shinano -> implac/avp -> haku
or
haku -> implac/avp -> shinano
and for eagle union, make the reload go like this
yorkii -> implac/avp -------> enty/hornii
so that in battle, yorkii pulls enty up into
yorkii -> enty -> implac/avp
