she's a bit tankier in the first minute or so cause of eva boost, and for mob battles that's about as long as you need it to last

for a BB fleet you really don't have much options so we'll just do something like
-musashi/warspite/brunhilde
-agir/reisalin/someone
then we can make two CV fleets, one for anti-light and one for anti-heavy cause you got the ships
first fleet being
-yk II/enty/hornet II
-kala/hammann II/helena
second fleet being
-impla/nano/ark royal
-sirius/ayanami/kazegumo
or something to that effect
maybe yuudachi instead of ayanami and you sub in either z23 or like scylla for mob fleet

for anti-heavy fleet just use ark
sara's cool but she's kinda whatever
lusty could theoretically slot in and do anti-light, but you have like the best anti-light CVs so that's whatever
and graf is...she kinda just hits hard-ish
ark has slow and double torp slots so she contributes more

and fleet 4 slot in agir instead of saint louis, and for the last two slots you could use like reisalin and jintsu or something
