QE meta has the pawns which spawn about halfway in the fight tanking damage for her, and the pawns only take significant damage from attacks by meta ships

Any purple META ship should just be avoided in general.

Can run something like Tank Helmet Helena for front and Impy Enty + some backline meta (good results from RepM and RenM for BBs, and SouryuuM/Mark for CV)

I'm gonna guess you don't have rainbow quad so you can't rely on helmet to solo knights.

Use purple helldivers or gold divers instead of the HVAR fighters/rainbow skyraiders here as QEmeta is heavy armour
