There's not much you can do this month, your ships aren't leveled.
If you did 30%, most you can do is 50% if you bench unicorn and klaudia and use manual for that current fourth fleet torps

Just do the level 65 or level 95 weekly raid every week , don't bother with SOS
Gear lab the Bidders. Fill the rest with g7e, which are available in depot crafting or in gear lab

You can change the gear to fit your under leveled implacable. The requirement is roughly
- Yorkii is faster than implacable by 0.01 to 0.5 seconds
- Enty is slower than Yorkii by up to 10%
