Scylla at least has DPS to keep her relevant for a bit longer

and move Scylla to the boss and not have to use Eugen

Try leveling up Unicorn and Indep, Unicorn retrofit is prio than indep, in case you got more AA problems lvl up Sandy (which you will need gold bulins) and replace z23 with her, and i think thats all

I wouldn't use Juneau as an AA carry in the boss fleet

too squishy esepically since Helena is already there

they don't need Sandy
