Mob: Vittorio Venetto, Aquila, Unicorn, Portland Retro, Allen M. Sumner, Abruzzi
Boss: New Jersey, Ticonderoga, Implacable/ Saratoga, San Fransisco, Helena, Laffey
that'll easily take you to W12 and pretty easily do W13 as well with some adjustments
use those fleets in OpSi as well, you're not really in a position to try and create seperate boss fleets for it yet
