Boss fleet is your high damage fleet for killing bosses
Mob fleet is your survivable fleet to clear everything else

how many UR bullins do you have?

You're gonna want both because the out of ammo debuff will make using your mob fleet to clear bosses difficult

if you can't MLB her relatively soon

then just use Theseus

and the month is almost resetting as well

the UR burin is from the milestone rewards

if not, you'll prob have enough to MLB Implacable after the month reset and a couple days

Implacable is probably usable even at 2LB

I guess you should just follow cheeky advice and use theseus for the while

instead of impla

Be better to give the XP to implacable, though, and in W7 she won't be so bad with only 2 limit breaks

I think it's worth trying, anyway

it's not worth using an actively worse ship that's likely to stay that way for a few months

Besides it's not like Theseus won't be useful after Implac is MLB
