Arizona is an off-flag mob-fleet shelling battleship with a coin-flip vanguard heal. She wants a barrage gun so she can trigger her heal as often as possible. The heal is unique amongst all battleships and can be useful in certain contexts.

You do not have to do it all at once. Take your time, I split opening time between dock space and dorm. Being able to put the mob fleet in as a set of three, and eventually the whole team is a good way to get moral back faster for more runs.

But thats an investment that only really shows off mid to late game. Or at least needed that long for me.

You may not get all of Sheffield Meta. Still best bet is to click on the missions sections of the cruise map

These also have side quests that if completed grant all sorts of goodies. Like everything else the higher the map the more cores drop. You also get some during the weekly missions, and other methods now and then,

not sure if anyone told you but you need to switch penny and laffey's gun. Purple Single 127 is too valuable to waste on Penny and it doesn't even work really. Whereas 128 SKC is perfect for Penny but awful for Laffey.

Just read through this thread, if you can get Roon M from the store she will take you through to late game as a tank or off tank. Just make sure you level her shields skill quickly
