the hood guns- the 381 mm battle ship guns
dont use those
for cas you're usually using the prototype twin 234 mm
your good aa guns are the quad bofors, the sextuple bofors, the 113 mm guns
place the sextuple on the ships with the highest aa stat

these two items allow you to completely afk opsi if your ships are good enough and you have the ap points
I consider a waste of resources if you have the time to do the farming yourself
but it's defintely better than just not doing operation siren at all
