scratch what i said, slot saint louis in to tank for mob fleet, mlb sanfran and all ships you are currently using, no need to raise anyone else

Hood wants the Purple 410mm for faster barrage prcoing though
and Give Enty a Barracuda
also give Saint Louis the same Gun as San Fran or swap their guns if you only have 1
other than that just upgrade the gear and you'll be golden
