e.g. yr enty airstrike is 23s cd which would fit comfortably with helena proc

ideally u want to keep the cd as close as possible to 20s without being faster than 20s

do u have any yellow sea hornets or regular hellcats lying around? if not use the corsair for fighters

use yellow barracudas theyre obtainable from tech boxes for torp bombers

belo should be using triple 406 mk6 since yr trying to sync

if not syncing then yr current twin 410 is better

stop using the high standard fire radar since it desyncs belo even more and use a purple fire radar instead

but helena is broken as hell so itll be worth the slower rld

also upgrading yr decent gear would help with slow rld

belo is only too fast cuz of barrage gun and hsfcr but enty and peter should be slow as hell especially since they arent lv120 yet

shes synced at 20s by default, 5s earlier for first scan if radar and then every scan afterwards is 20s again

that being said 25s is too slow for helena sync u might wanna level those helldivers at least

since those will pretty much only be replaced by tenrai

or skyraider when bossing
