For campaign

Spam highest stage you can do

#

Until you are level high enough to move up

#

Give good equipments and upgrade them to +6 at the very least

#

Dont pull any banners and save for events

#

Do this over and over until you reach 12-4

#

Dont worry about other ships, focus on leveling your current 2 fleets

#

You can reach 12-4 very fast, in a week or two, with proper grinding
