I don't do EX so idk about that one, as for PvP just pick and choose your fights reset to win and you'll do fine. Bismarck, fdg, Graf, Leipzig, roon, madburger?

Hell, I push to w11 using 1:1 fleet with Kii and Nimi. FDG and Nimi can comfortably push w12 but you might need Uni for healing

Agir needs prints to be usable so once you hit a wall you could wait and level ships

Eugen act pretty good as a brick wall, she will survive till the boss die, it would be better if Agir have more dev lvl but pray that Roon and someone else deal more dmg

Yeah, that might work but AvP is useless if she can’t sync so move her to mob replacing Odin so at least she can be useful by provide fighter cover

But that boss fleet gonna die pretty quick in w12 if the plane reach your back line, replace AvP with Peter is a decent choice
