the thing that can happen its that ur fleet lack +10 Enhanced gears, its a option go back to 9-1 and farm there for plates and better lvls, its a Oil Cap world will have a clear rewards

also, stop to try to make all gears with the same amount of enhancing, focus in ur best ships getting the highest enhance possible
