Your fleet looks solid as-is, TBH
The most urgent things to do would be to:
Replace Prinz Eugen with Portland
Level up, Max Limit Break and eventually Retrofit Portland
Put the now Portland in the leftmost slot (tank), Kirov in the rightmost slot (off-tank) and Z46 in the middle (where your squishiest unit goes)
Retrofit Unicorn
Max Limit Break Belo (the BB with blue hair)
I don't think Kirov needs replacing and is fine as-is

Besides that, just focus on limit breaking your other ships and raising your levels. When the time comes, you will make a second fleet, and have one for killing mobs and the other bosses

Eugen is just really bad. She tanks a lot but has next to no damage output. Portland is cheaper in some ways (such as her not using SR Bulins), tanks nearly as well, but most importantly has far better damage output, and killing enemies faster also helps one survive

how to earn purple exp books?

Purple books can only be earned through paying (AFAIK), but later on, you will get a lot of blue EXP packs, which are also provided by free sources other than the Lecture Hall (which you may not have unlocked yet)
