depends on what you need

you need a battleship, you don't really need a destroyer(because an shan is also free elsewhere and kazagumo is waiting), you don't really need a carrier(you have akagu still), you could use a real tank(but yat sen tank is somewhat comp limiting. ie you need An Shan and expensive in its own way in cost of retrofit and also not a traditional tank)
