Replace Cheshire with Jervis in mobbing.
Focus on getting Azuma to dev 30 then FS5, toss coins at it.
Azuma will tank boss.
Independence takes spot from Vanguard.
Vanguard goes to boss, replaces Akagi, Yorktown II takes Kaga's place.
Just needs a replacement for Helena, but I'm not seeing it.

That's mostly because you are lacking in some key elements. Agir, Anchorage. You got Yuudachi and Jervis, now get An Shan and Chang Chun and retrofit them.
