Hood and Amagi are competing for flag position (Currently half of Hood's barrage is careening right off screen)
Laffey and Pheonix should be swapped around

it's the only way to develop PR ships

#

some ships are better than others but just complete Saint Louis for now since she's the only one you can work on.
