if not just use champagne gun on NJ and izumo gun on Musashi + radar/table
Musashi in particular you get a weaker barrage using 457 as well

they'll get more shots in with 457 than triples, last salvo only vanguard gets first shot in, nj won't make it

if you're okay dumping XP packs I'd say do Shinano 120 first, you have 3 IJN between her, Musashi and Shimakaze

the problem with BBs in Arizona is you get more bullet time and risk staying in fog longer
bullet time counts for full time when stacking fog debuff
