Honestly, those fleets should be levelled enough

And they have some really good ships in them, mainly the URs

That DB on Shinano is the perfect example of why gold gear is not always good

That thing kinda sucks, best thing to use other than Tenrai is the Helldiver (purple plane, SB2C)

well, some good fleet choices are:
Belorussiya Shinano Unicorn, Heinrich Suzutsuki Wakatsuki
Musashi Yorktown2 Enterprise, Kala Jeanne D'Arc Sandy retro
plenty of other ships to farm up to w12 just fine tho

with acceptable gearing, they could be W13 and W14 viable
