generally you want a decelerator in the cv fleet to help shinano's torpedoes hit

since you don't have a 4th anti-light fleet you will need to swap gear likely
rockets and he guns don't do great against BB and CV nodes, torpedoes and AP guns don't do great against DD and CL nodes.

sure I mean 99% of ops is just the mob fleet going around picking on scrubs
there aren't an infinite number of abyssals and strongholds and arbiters so you'll know when you choose to fight one.
I don't usually bother to look at what C6 promoted pawns can do. Usually as long as you're 115+ and have subs up it should be ok.

well An Shan not Z23 but you have a lot to work on already
you could make a fourth if you want. It doesn't cost anything unless you try to equip them. Mainly to get Yorktown and Independence in there for their cross fleet

you need super tanks so that will be anchorage and agir
CB's and anchorage are just on a totally different level from SF, Room, and Heinrich. Also SF is potentially much more valuable in the Portland spot if Anchorage takes over tank.

generally no. ops is mostly about vanguard survival or backline buffing. straight up selfish damage dealers don't work out to be the best.

that's why you see the ideal cv vanguard is something like kronshtadt, kazagumo, siriius
you got monarch and saint louis already. the rest is unecessary. roon is good but you have enough good tanks unless you need IB fleet tech.

Sweet so my next tasks are levelling the rest of ships I need for opsci and getting Anchorage :3
