noshiro, shropshire and sandy for vanguard
pennsylvania, unicorn and independence for main

for mob fleet in that specific order, also prioritize shropshire retrofit over sandy

portland, helena and laffey for vanguard
york2, enty and essex for main

for bossing, but this team is lower priority cuz most of the content is mobbing anyway

when u get better ships u can replace some of the ones yr using

also i almost forgot, but use hood instead of penny when u build her and retrofit yr ark royal (lowest priority) she will be useful later on

is better to continue with portland low rarity tank to shall change to SR tank like talinn?

northampton 2 is decent but u have better stuff, sovetskaya isnt worth it for u rn
