Mobbing: Monarch (Or Hood if you can invest in her unique augment)/Unicorn Retro/Volga and Drake (Tho I would D30 her ASAP)/Ingrahm/Whatever besides elite METAs

Bossing: Musashi/Enterprise/Yorktown II and Portland Kai/Whatever besides elite META/Sandy Kai

That should get you through both worlds just fine and maybe even W13
