you could use more shells and if you're planning on using chang chun instead of laffey or yuudachi another seal of the four gods

hornii is a good ship but you don't need her for anything right now

if you want xp get it from D3. if you want yuudachi 1:1 6-4. don't mix them. All the oil you spend adding AMS to 6-4 would have been better spent running D3 for that amount because of cost limit
