Nope, the mob team is geared more for multi-fight survivability (hence it prefers healers like Unicorn), while the boss fleet is designed more for taking down a single harder enemy

chapter 13 is mostly anti air and shooting down enemy planes with your planes, and airspace control

so san diego is preferred bc she has insane aa

but in chapter 14, it is more of a consistency dmg check clusterfuck where theres a lot of enemies targetting your backline ships

so you need consistent and staggered backline dmg to spread out the dmg coverage, then frontline should run anti submarine gears on 14-3 and 14-4

and then AND ONLY THEN, you focus on pr2

because pr2 is a horrible series other than fdg
