Do you have either Cheshire or Ingrahm/Allen M Sumner?
Cheshire has Sandy level AA (And is a good tank) and the sumner class's AA Is fairly close to that level of AA

neat, she's super good post retrofit since she gets a CV's ammount of planes
I ran Her, Unicorn Retro, and Ingrahm/Allen M Sumner for my mob fleet which easily took care of my AA needs
