No i just don't level up any other shops except gold oned coz i don't use them
All the other ones which aren't good but kind of leveled up is because of comission slaving

you can retire basicly all of the blues and greys and most of the purples aswell, if u are unsure on some of them read their tierlist entry cad linked. keep the high leveled purples for commisions level requirements even if they are bad ships
same with the high leveled greys
these are all garbage
you have some collab ships in there aswell if you dont care about that you can retire them aswell
collab ships dont ever return to the game just so you know
some event ships might take a year or so to return
also i see you have 3 hammams all purple rarity ships and below just retire the duplicates to open up space you dont need ship dupes when you have 30 universal bullins
keep golden duplicates tho because golden bullins are rare
