Monarch dev 30 before trying. Need days to level up ships anyways

oh, cuz I put other ships for gaining exp in mod fleet and that's why indep is on boss fleet XD

so currently ships still need to build further before fighting for w13, is it?

you can get away with 115 on 13-1 maybe even 110 for a few ships but just 120 them.
