- Updated commands and added plus13. Rikka was removed like half a year ago tho
- I removed Ner's credit from these commands, but if he's credited elsewhere, I'll only update it when the command itself needs to be updated. I'm not going to go hunt for each mention and changing a command just for that. Sorry.
